Your journey begins by completing the Founders Alignment Inquiry Form. This gives us a clear picture of your current season, responsibilities, and the support you feel God is leading you to seek. It is the first step in discerning whether this partnership is being authorized by Heaven.
2. Acceptance or Non-Alignment Notification
Every inquiry is prayerfully reviewed. If your assignment aligns with what Heaven is authorizing in this season for 320, you will receive an acceptance email, along with a downloadable 320 Services Brochure and a private link to schedule your Alignment Call. If the assignment is not aligned, you will receive a gracious notification and, when appropriate, suggested next steps or resources. This protects both of us and ensures every partnership is Holy Spirit–led, not convenience-led.
3. Alignment Call
During this call, we discern the assignment God has entrusted to you, the level of support needed, the season you are in, and any gaps or operational challenges that may be hindering your flow. This call determines whether we move forward and cannot be skipped.
4. Customized Support Plan
If alignment is confirmed, you will receive a personalized Support Plan outlining the scope of support, operational needs, communication rhythms, expectations, boundaries, and next steps. To steward this well, you will also receive a clear description of what the partnership requires from you—such as timely communication, access to essential platforms, responsiveness for approvals, clarity around priorities, and willingness to adopt systems and structure that protect order and peace. This ensures both of us carry our part of the assignment with excellence.
5. Pricing, Timeline & Agreement
You will then receive a customized proposal based on the weight of your assignment, the timeline required, and the level of support authorized. Once accepted, you will receive your invoice, service agreement, and onboarding checklist. Nothing is automated—everything is tailored.
6. Onboarding & Setup
During onboarding, we establish all systems, tools, and workflows necessary for a clear and organized start. This may include Google Workspace setup, file structuring, calendar flow, task management systems, CRM access, email organization, scheduling tools, and communication channels.
